Jiří has over 25 years of experience in representing clients before courts and arbitration tribunals.Jiří has been with PETERKA PARTNERS since the establishment of the firm and became an Equity Partner in 2001. He is the Leader of the Litigation and Insolvency practice at the firm.
Jiří has represented a wide range of clients, including construction companies (FIDIC contract disputes), logistics companies, insurers, and banks.
Most of Jiří's work involves cross-border elements and he regularly coordinates proceedings in multiple jurisdictions.
