На 10 Май 2022 г. Европейската Комисия прие новия Регламент за групово освобождаване на вертикални споразумения и Насоките относно вертикалните ограничения, които считано от 01 Юни 2022 г. ще заместят действащите правила за оценка на правното съответствие на широко разпространени дистрибуционни и други вертикални споразумения. Приложената статия обобщава по-важните промени.
